How it's different from YouTube Music?

While YouTube Music offers a library of 100 million+ songs, AT Player expands your horizons even further with 300 million+ tracks to choose from, providing a broader and more diverse musical selection. AT Player offers a suite of features that enhance your music experience beyond what YouTube Music provides. We enable background playback for online music, radio, and offline content—excluding direct YouTube media. Our Multi-View and Smart Floating Mode add dynamic viewing options for YouTube videos, enriching user interaction.

We support offline downloads, allowing you to enjoy music without an internet connection, and our Music Recognition feature helps you identify songs playing in your surroundings. Our platform is fully equipped to handle local music files, offering an advanced file explorer and full support for both audio and video in lossless formats such as MP3, FLAC, M4B, MP4, 3GP, MID, OGG, and more.

Additionally, beyond casting YouTube and other online media, AT Player supports playing and casting any of your locally stored audio and video files to TV and big screens. This is another feature that YouTube Music does not support for locally stored content, limiting your playback possibilities. And YouTube Music cannot play video files at all—dramatically restricting your playback possibilities.

With AT Player, you benefit from a powerful equalizer and a variety of sound effects, including Bass boost, virtualizer, and reverb, tailored specifically for the discerning music lover. Our interface is designed to prioritize music content, making it straightforward and enjoyable to navigate.

YouTube Music lacks any form of customizable themes, while AT Player takes personalization to the next level with its extensive selection of dark themes that enhance style and provide visual comfort during your listening sessions. Not only that, but for those who prefer a brighter aesthetic, AT Player offers a light theme to create a vibrant, visually engaging experience. This flexibility ensures users can tailor the interface to their unique preferences, enhancing every moment spent with their favorite tunes.

Additional features include support for over 100,000 radio stations, capabilities to export playlists to local files, and options for playlist restoration and auto-backup. We also offer a sleep timer, alarm clock, Dropbox support, and the ability to assign songs as ringtones. Our platform integrates with various providers like Shoutcast, Hearthis, Jamendo, Audius, Spreaker, and more.

AI Song Generator - create your own music in any genre. Our unique Time Machine feature allows you to experience music from different eras, blending today’s hits with past favorites, powered by the latest AI technologies from Google Gemini. The Playlist Radar enhances your music discovery by connecting you with playlists worldwide that match your tastes. Lastly, our AI Assistant acts as your personal music concierge, ready to help you discover new music, create perfect playlists, and provide personalized music insights.

AI Song Generator: A game-changer! Create your own music with our AI-powered generator. Pick a genre, add a description, and even choose sound effects or vocals. The AI will create a song just for you, complete with custom cover art. You can listen to it offline, share it with friends, and enjoy your very own music creation.

Where are the songs saved after download?

Downloaded songs are saved in the internal memory of your device under "/Music/atplayer". You can

also access them directly through the 'Offline' tab in the AT Player.

What about the quality of downloads?

There are a lot of songs for download, and they have different qualities. Check some variants and search requests for the best results. Also, you can check all artist's songs - using the Go to the artist button.

What about the bitrate of downloads?

The bitrate varies among songs. For the best results, explore different tracks or use the search function. Most tracks are typically downloaded at high bitrate, with 320 kb/s for mp3 being common. Although FLAC format is not available for download, our player can play FLAC tracks that you might have on your device.

How can I download lossless/FLAC content?

Currently, our library offers a limited selection of FLAC content. We recommend using the keyword "lossless" in your searches to find these tracks. However, if you already have FLAC tracks on your memory card or stored in your cloud, our player is fully equipped to handle playback of these files. We are committed to expanding our collection of lossless content in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

What about downloading movies?

While YouTube doesn't permit the download of films, you can save data and storage by watching movies online through our platform. You'll find a selection of films on the home page.

How can I access my YouTube playlist offline?

Unfortunately, due to YouTube's terms of service, you cannot download or access YouTube playlists offline directly. A potential workaround is to create local playlists within AT Player, combining both online and offline songs. The player will play the entire playlist when online and only the local tracks when offline.

Top Rated Songs: Daily, Weekly, and All-Time Bests

AT Player offers "Top Hits" and "Trending" playlists on the "Best" tab, with popular songs available for download on your Android device, sorted by the number of downloads for all-time and for the past week, respectively. The "Best Music Today" playlist features YouTube-only songs that cannot be downloaded.

Offline Playback

How to listen to music without internet?

AT Player lets you enjoy music both online and offline with ease. You can download over 30 million tracks for offline listening or play songs already stored on your device—perfect for when you're on the go or in places without an internet connection.

In addition to downloading music, you can also generate your own custom music tracks using the AI Music Generator. Once generated, these tracks are available offline under the 'Offline' tab, making them accessible anytime, even without the internet.

While streaming music (especially from YouTube) requires an internet connection due to their policies, rest assured that you have plenty of offline options to keep the music playing. If YouTube’s offline policies change in the future, we’ll be ready to offer even more freedom for your offline music experience.

For more info, check out our demo video:

How to reduce data usage in the app?

To dial down data usage without missing a beat, think of your app as a musical Swiss Army knife. Use offline playlists or the 'Download' tab for tunes that play without a data drip.

Flip on "Wifi only" in settings to keep streaming strictly to wifi zones. For YouTube jams, shrink the video quality down a notch—less pixel, less data. And radio? It's your data-friendly DJ, spinning tracks with minimal data use.

These savvy moves keep your data in check while your music plays on.

Import playlists from YouTube

How to import YouTube Playlists?

Want to bring your YouTube playlists into the app? It's a breeze! Just tap the 'Import YouTube playlists' button, which you can find in either the playlists section or the main menu. You've got two simple ways to do this:

1. **Google Account Sign-In**: Log in with your Google account and pick the playlists you want to import. This method grabs playlists from your YouTube account.

2. **Playlist Link or ID**: Have a specific playlist in mind? Just use its link or ID to import it. Make sure the playlist is set to 'unlisted' or 'public' so the app can access it.

And that's it! Your YouTube favorites are now ready to play in the app.

What if a Server communication error?

Sometimes there are problems with Google YouTube services, and import doesn't work. You can try the following:

1 Wait a couple of hours and try again.

2 Import by playlist link or id. Any playlist can be imported this way. Ensure your playlist has "unlisted" or "public" access.

3 Open a playlist in the YouTube app and share it with AT Player.

What is a workaround for importing the YouTube playlist?

If you're facing trouble importing a YouTube playlist, here are some handy workarounds to try:

1. **Patience Pays**: Sometimes, waiting a bit and retrying can do the trick.

2. **Link/ID Import**: Use the playlist's link or ID (ensure it's 'unlisted' or 'public').

3. **Share from YouTube**: Open the playlist in the YouTube app and share it directly.

4. **Clear Cache**: Before you do, back up your data for safety https://www.youtube.com/shorts/j1EYHUqwLCk

5. **Sync Accounts**: Ensure your accounts are in sync in the system settings.

6. **Reinstall Method**: Uninstall the app for all users, restart your phone, and reinstall.

These steps should help smooth out any bumps in your playlist importing journey.

What if blocked account?

You can try to clear the app's cache and data. Sometimes, it helps to work around problems with Google Services. Ensure you backed up your playlists in the AT Player Settings "︙." Uninstall the app for all users, restart the phone, install it, and try again.

How to import more than one playlist?

Unfortunately, YouTube doesn't allow importing more than one playlist at a time. But you can import an unlimited number of playlists from your account. Or import by playlist link or id. Any playlist can be

imported this way. Ensure your playlist has "unlisted" or "public" access. Or open a playlist in the YouTube app and share it with AT Player.

How to import saved playlists?

Youtube has two types of playlists: created and saved. Saved playlists are that you haven't created but added to your playlists. Unfortunately, YouTube API only allows importing created playlists. Workaround: in your YouTube library, select all the videos in a saved playlist and simply copy them to one of your created playlists and import it into AT Player.

We support now only created playlists - the ones you created yourself from scratch. Saved playlists - when you store clones of some public playlists. Saved playlists are not supported by YouTube API to be synchronized. However, there is a workaround: you can select all the videos in the saved playlists and then send them to one of your created playlists in your online YouTube library. Later you can sync that playlist to AT Player. We'll also add searching and importing any public playlist in the coming version.

What if I have YouTube under another username?

Your other account should be added in the system options using accounts > add > Google.

How to import my watch later playlist?

It's the limitation of YouTube they won't expose it to 3rd party developers. As a workaround, you can copy all the videos from Watch later to your other playlists and import them into AT Player.

What if I can't find a song in search?

If you're having trouble finding a song in the search, remember that the app's library includes a massive collection from YouTube, with over 300 million music videos, including unique mixes and covers. Try entering the artist's name and song title for the best results. This approach helps refine the search, increasing your chances of finding that elusive track you've been craving.

For the best search results:

- **Be Specific**: Include the artist's name and the song title. Sometimes, searching in your native language can also help.

- **Explore Various Sections**: Don't limit yourself to one tab. For a wider range of options, check out 'Download', 'My Songs', 'Playlists', 'Albums', 'Radio', and 'Podcasts'.

- **Broaden Your Horizons**: Looking for entire playlists or albums can sometimes lead you to the song you want.

These strategies increase your chances of finding that elusive track in the app's extensive collection.

How to search for a song I can't find?

You can search for anything that exists on YouTube and other providers. There are 300+ million music videos. Try to search in your language. The chances you find what you need are very high. Try to search for playlists as well. You will find an artist's albums or other musical content. Also try to search radio and podcast to get even more results.

How to get more results?

To enhance your search and get more results, remember the app's diverse range of music providers. If you don't find a track right away, try searching again later. Also, make the most of the dropdown suggestions that appear while you type in the search bar. These suggestions can guide you towards more accurate and extensive results, streamlining your music discovery process.

World's largest library

Our app grants you access to an incredibly diverse range of music, featuring over 300 million music videos from YouTube. Along with this vast library, the app offers unique mixes and covers that you won't find elsewhere, ensuring a distinctive and enjoyable listening experience.

## How to open individual artists?

Discovering more songs from an artist is as easy as finding your favorite coffee mug on a sleepy morning. Just play a song you're into, then tap the player bar at the bottom for the expanded song view. Look for the 'Artist' button, which you'll find snugly sitting right below the album cover or the YouTube video area. Hit that button, and you're on your way to a playlist full of that artist's tunes. Simple, yet satisfying!

How to find music to download?

Finding and downloading your favorite tunes is just a few clicks away! Simply enter the song title into the search bar and press 'enter'. Then, click on the vibrant red 'download' button, conveniently located next to the YouTube icon. This will bring up a list of tracks available for download. It's straightforward and efficient, making your music experience both enjoyable and hassle-free.

And here’s something extra cool: you can also generate your own music using the AI Music Generator. Once your custom track is created, it will appear in the Offline tab, just like any downloaded song, ready for you to enjoy whenever you want. Whether you're downloading existing tracks or making your own, AT Player gives you all the tools to build your music library!

Why can't I find some songs?

For better search results in the app, try including both the artist's name and the song title, like "Pink Floyd Wall." This approach can yield a broader selection of results. Also, keep an eye out for new versions of the app, as we're constantly adding more songs to enhance your music discovery experience.

Why can't I download specific songs, even if they're free?

6. Surprises and Creativity

If you leave some prompts empty, the AI will sometimes surprise you with a unique track. This is great for users who enjoy discovering new and unexpected musical styles.

7. Coming Soon: Unlimited Free Music Generation

Right now, you can generate a limited number of tracks for free each day. However, we are working on making on-device music generation available soon, allowing unlimited track creation for free to everyone.

2. Describe the mood or theme: What emotion or setting should your music capture? Is it upbeat, melancholy, epic, or chill? Themes like “a cozy morning” or “an energetic workout mix” can make your track more unique.

3. Include sound effects or instruments: Want guitar riffs, piano melodies, or electronic beats? Add that to your prompt to give the AI more direction.

4. Choose vocals or instrumental: Specify whether you want vocals or prefer an instrumental piece. This will help the AI deliver exactly what you’re looking for.

5. Be playful and creative: There are no wrong ideas. You can request a dreamy pop song with tropical vibes or even a futuristic orchestral piece with a sci-fi twist. The sky’s the limit.

Once your song is generated, it will appear in the Offline tab, ready for you to listen, share, and add to your playlists. How AT Player’s AI Music Generator Stands Out from Other AI Music Generators

AT Player’s AI Music Generator offers a unique music creation experience that sets it apart from other AI-based music generators, such as Udio and Suno. Here’s how AT Player brings something fresh and distinctive to the table:

1. Personalized, Soulful Tracks

Unlike many AI music generators, like Udio, that produce polished but generic tracks, AT Player's AI-generated music often feels like it has a soul. The AI creates tracks with real emotion—sometimes uplifting and happy, sometimes melancholic and introspective. This variety gives the music a more organic, human-like feel, as if the music has a personality of its own.

2. Flexible Genre Blending and Surprises

With AT Player, you’re not restricted to predefined genres. You can specify genres or leave the genre field blank and let the AI surprise you. This can result in exciting combinations like jazz-infused electronic beats or serene folk mixed with ambient soundscapes. The AI often generates unexpected but delightful results, making each creation feel like a unique musical adventure, unlike the more rigid offerings of Suno.

3. Detailed Control Over Musical Parameters

AT Player provides more technical control than many other AI music generators, allowing you to fine-tune your tracks with:

BPM (Beats Per Minute): Adjust the tempo from slow and chill to fast and energetic.

Time Signature: Use standard 4/4 time or experiment with other time signatures like 3/4 or 6/8 for more complex rhythms.

Audio Quality: Choose high-quality options like 320 kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sample rate for crystal-clear sound.

These customizable parameters let you craft your music exactly the way you envision it, offering more flexibility than tools like Udio.

4. Mix of Instruments and Sound Effects

AT Player lets you choose the instruments that define your track’s sound, whether it’s the warmth of a grand piano, the thump of a bass guitar, or the futuristic vibe of synthesizers. You can also layer in sound effects to enhance your track, giving it depth and richness. This flexibility allows you to shape your music in a way that is uniquely yours, standing out from platforms like Suno.

5. Cool Cover Art with Surprises

AT Player doesn’t just generate music—it also creates custom cover art for each track. The covers often include unique text and design elements that reflect the mood of your song. Sometimes, the AI surprises you with incredibly fitting and unexpected designs that elevate the overall experience of your music—something that’s missing in other tools like Udio.

6. Endless Experimentation with No Strict Rules

AT Player encourages endless experimentation. You don’t have to follow any strict rules—leave some fields blank, and let the AI take creative control. The AI can surprise you with unconventional combinations of genres, instruments, or effects, resulting in a sound that feels spontaneous and original. Whether it’s ambient folk or cinematic trap, the possibilities are endless, offering more creative freedom than many competitors, including Suno.

7. On-Device Music Generation Coming Soon

Right now, AT Player offers free but limited daily track generation. However, we are working on making unlimited on-device music generation available soon, allowing users to create tracks without any restrictions, anywhere and anytime—going a step further than what’s currently possible on platforms like Udio.

8. Unique and Organic Sound

Unlike many other AI generators, including Suno, that produce overly polished and structured tracks, AT Player’s output often feels more organic and raw. The AI generates music that can be experimental, unexpected, or filled with emotion, offering a personalized sound that feels like it has character.

In summary, AT Player’s AI Music Generator provides a creative and technical experience like no other. Whether you want to mix genres, control technical aspects like BPM or sound quality, or just let the AI surprise you, AT Player allows for both precision and creative freedom. The result is music with personality—sometimes soulful, sometimes experimental, and always original—with cool cover art to match, standing out from both Suno and Udio.

What if YouTube playback asks you to log in?

If YouTube asks you to log in, don’t worry—it’s usually a quick fix! First, check that your internet connection is steady. Sometimes, regional restrictions or network hiccups can trigger this message. If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off—it might be blocking access. Give the app a quick restart, and make sure you’re on the latest version of AT Player to keep everything running smoothly.

Nothing works!

Feel like you've hit a problem with the app? No need to worry- we're here to help.

Snapping a screenshot or a few notes about this can really speed things along.

Swing by atplayer.com/contact for a direct line to support, or leaf through the FAQ at atplayer.com/faq for quick answers. Your insights are invaluable for making the app even better.

General troubleshooting

Navigating the app smoothly requires a bit of tech-savvy. Ensure your internet speed is up to par for seamless streaming and downloading. If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off temporarily—it can sometimes interfere with performance.

Keeping both the app and your Android device updated is crucial. Consider turning off any memory or power optimizers hindering the app's performance.

Disengage the power-saving mode for a smoother experience, and explore the Smart Player option in the app settings for optimized playback.

If you hit a snag, reach out to us at atplayer.com/contact, and don't forget to share the love with a 5-star rating if you're enjoying the app!

What if my phone is locked I need to restart it to make it work again?

If your phone takes a little nap and locks up, glide your finger across the sliding bar at the bottom of the lock screen to wake it up.

Sometimes, the app's power saver mode, while great for enjoying tunes with the screen off, gets a bit too cozy on some devices.

To keep things smooth, you might want to turn off the power saver in the app's settings or simply press the Home button to unlock.

This tweak should help avoid any unexpected screen-timeouts and keep your music and phone in harmony.

I turned off phone but it keeps playing

When your phone decides to keep the party going even after you've hit the off switch, it's all thanks to the background playing feature.

Designed for your listening pleasure, it allows music, radio, or any local audio/video to serenade you without needing the screen's glow.

It's like having your own invisible DJ, ensuring the tunes keep flowing, screen on or off, so your enjoyment never skips a beat.

I can't hear anything. What is wrong?

When silence falls as you hit play, don't fret—let's troubleshoot together:

- Double-check that your device's volume is up and not on mute.

- Inspect your headphones or speakers to ensure they're snugly connected and functional.

- If you're jamming offline, the audio file might be the culprit. Verify it's not damaged.

- Streaming tunes online? A quick internet connection check is in order.

- A device reboot can be a surprisingly effective fix when in doubt.

Fingers crossed, these steps get your music flowing again!

What if there's an error about WebView/Chrome?

Encountering a WebView/Chrome error can be a hiccup in your app experience.

To smooth this out, head over to the Play Store and give Android System WebView and Google Chrome an update.

Just search for each, hit "Update," and you should be set. This step typically clears up any issues, getting the app back up and running smoothly.

How can I reinstall the app?

Before hitting the panic button, let's try a fresh start:

How to switch to the smart player?

Open Settings in the menu "︙" and select the Smart Player. Please let us know if that helps.

Why does music sometimes pause randomly?

When your tunes suddenly stop, it might be your phone's energy-saving features stepping in.

Head into your device's settings, find the 'Battery' section, and peek into 'Adaptive Battery'.

Make sure AT Player isn't being restricted. A strong internet connection and the latest app version are also vital.

If problems persist, clearing the app's cache or a fresh install could help. If you've tried everything and the music still halts, sharing details like your device model and OS version with us could shine a light on the solution.

When tracks from YouTube don't play smoothly, it's often an issue on YouTube's side, not the app's.

For those tricky moments, hitting the recommendations button or using the "Download: Not YouTube" feature might find you a better version of the song that plays without a hitch.

It's a handy workaround to keep your tunes flowing.

What if when the app takes its sweet time?

Why I can’t update the app

Sprucing up your app with the latest update can feel like a mini adventure. First, make sure your Wi-Fi or data connection is as strong as a superhero, and your device isn't too packed—keep at least 1 GB free.

Peek into your device's heart via Settings > System for any Android updates waiting in the wings. If the Google Play Store is being shy, a quick close and reopen might encourage it. And if all else fails, a gentle restart of your device (press and hold the Power button, then choose your action) could be the charm to get things moving.

Troubleshooting Music Generation Issues

If you’re running into issues, delays, or errors with music generation in AT Player, here are a few steps to help get things back on track:

1. Check your internet connection: Since music generation requires an internet connection, make sure you have a stable and strong connection while using this feature.

2. Try restarting the app: Sometimes, simply closing and reopening the app can resolve delays or issues with the music generation process.

3. Clear app cache: If the app seems sluggish or encounters errors during generation, clearing the cache might help. You can do this by going to your device’s settings, selecting the app, and clearing the cache.

4. Update the app: Ensure you’re using the latest version of AT Player. Updates often come with fixes for known issues and performance improvements.

5. Wait for a bit longer: Music generation can sometimes take a little extra time, depending on the complexity of your song and server load. If it’s taking longer than usual, be patient, and your track will appear soon.

6. Check your VPN: A VPN can sometimes interfere with the connection. If you’re using one, try turning it off and back on to refresh the network connection.

7. Contact support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us through atplayer.com/contact with a description of the problem, and we’ll help you get things sorted!

Keep these tips in mind, and your music creation experience should be smooth and enjoyable!

Troubleshooting Music Generation – Refreshing Your Connection

If your music generation hits a snag, your VPN might help. Give it a quick reset by turning it off and on again to refresh the connection. Make sure your internet is stable and ready to roll. If things still seem off, try restarting the app, clearing the cache, or updating to the latest version. That should have you creating tunes again in no time!

Privacy and Concerns

App uninstall itself

When your app seems to vanish, it might just be playing hide-and-seek thanks to memory or power savers on your device.

Peek into Google Play under "Installed applications" to see if it's still around. Also, quickly scan your home screen to ensure the app icon hasn't wandered off.

This could reveal whether the app is really gone or just out of sight.

Why does the app get access to a Google account?

Our app treats your Google account with utmost respect and privacy. It can't peek into or tweak any of your Google account details.

The only time it interacts with your Google account is when you say it's okay to import YouTube playlists, and even then, it's just looking, not touching.

You can double-check the app's permissions anytime to make sure your info stays yours, safe and sound.

Google account permissions

Our app, officially recognized by Google Play, does not access or steal sensitive information from your Google account. It only imports YouTube playlists with your explicit permission, a feature you can manage or revoke at any time through the app's permissions settings.

We prioritize user security and privacy, ensuring no contact access or other sensitive information is compromised. For any concerns or to report unexpected behavior on specific devices, updating to the latest version is recommended for potential fixes, and detailed feedback, including screenshots, is invaluable for addressing issues effectively.

Can the app delete my files?

No worries, it sounds like the app's ignore feature might have been engaged, leading your music files to play a little game of hide and seek within the app—they haven't left the building!

They're just not showing up in the app's view. To reunite with your tunes, grab any file browser app on your device and have a look-see.

Your music should be right where you left it. Give this a go and tell us how it pans out!

Why is there a different app name?

Navigating Google Play's title size limits means our app has a different name.

But worry not! It's still the same authentic, secure app that meets Google Play's rigorous safety standards.

We're dedicated to earning and keeping your trust, ensuring our app continues to hit the high notes in music safety and user experience.

Permissions

For local files

The app needs to access your local storage to keep your tunes playing smoothly and download your favorite tracks for offline listening.

To give AT Player this permission, visit your device's system settings and pass the storage permission baton.

This simple step ensures your music files are accessible and your downloads run without a hitch, keeping your playlist in perfect harmony.

For location

In our app's world, your privacy is a top story. We've teamed up with third-party ad wizards to sprinkle some location-based magic into ads, making them more relevant to you.

But hey, if you'd rather not have ads tailoring to your whereabouts, we've got a spell for that, too. Just open the enchanted book of our privacy policy in the app menu for the secret incantations to opt-out.

It's all written there, giving you the power to customize your ad journey and keep your privacy under your hat.

For audio record

For the magic of music recognition to work its charm, the app needs your blessing to listen in with audio recording permission.

This isn't just about eavesdropping on tunes around you; it's your secret tool to uncover song titles, whisk them into playlists, download them for later, or meander through related musical suggestions.

It's like giving the app ears, so you can give those mystery tracks a name and a place in your musical world.

Foreground permission

To keep the tunes flowing and the app glowing, foreground permission steps into the spotlight on specific devices.

It's like giving the app a backstage pass, ensuring it performs smoothly without any hitches.

If the app doesn't ask you for this VIP access, a quick reinstallation might set the stage right, ensuring you have uninterrupted access to all its stellar features.

Why you ask permissions?

AT Player isn't just about hitting the high notes with music; it also plays videos and lets you jazz up the app with custom themes.

That's why we ask for permissions to peek at your photos (to set those snazzy custom themes with your own images) and videos.

But don't worry, these permissions are all about making your app experience richer and more personalized. We're not using them for anything else.

Ads

Why do we use ads?

Ads are the secret sauce that keeps our music and video player app free for everyone.

Imagine a backstage pass to ad-free mode, ready for you to test drive at no cost, with the freedom to bow out anytime.

Your understanding and support are like a standing ovation for us, inspiring further improvements and fine-tuning to make your app experience even better with each update.

Why am I seeing inappropriate ads?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by ads.

To help us improve your experience, please send screenshots of the ads that bother you to atplayer.com/contact.

Your feedback is valuable, and we're committed to enhancing the app. If you're enjoying AT Player, consider rating us 5 stars.

Your support is greatly appreciated.

Why a lot of ads?

Ads are fuel keeping our app engine running freely for you. We sprinkle them in to keep the app free, yet we always work to ensure they're as unobtrusive as possible.

For those seeking a smoother, ad-free journey, we've got a VIP lane you can switch to with a purchasable option.

Every bit of support from you sparks more improvements on our end. We truly value your thoughts and invite your feedback on how we can make your app experience even better.

How to remove ads? How to buy?

To bid farewell to ads in AT Player, dive into the app menu and select the "Turn off ads" option.

You'll be treated to a 3-day free trial to explore life without ads.

Plus, keep your eyes peeled for our occasional giveaways of ad-removal codes.

It's a fantastic way to discover if the ad-free, premium version of the app hits the right note for your listening habits.

I bought no-ad but still see ads

If you've treated yourself to an ad-free serenade and ads are crashing the party, let's smooth out the experience.

First, ensure your digital dance floor (aka device) is online. A quick device restart could do the trick, like hitting the refresh button on the DJ booth.

Clearing the app's cache or a fresh app install might also help, like setting up the stage for a flawless show.

Keep in mind that ads embedded in YouTube videos are like uninvited song requests; they're outside our control.

Why am I seeing YouTube ads?

Those ads you spot in YouTube videos? They’re part of YouTube’s world, not ours. We don’t have the power to turn them off since they’re placed by YouTube and the content creators. It’s a bit like a surprise—some videos have ads, others don’t, and it all depends on how YouTube sets things up.

Detailed checks for subscriptions

For subscription issues, follow these steps:

- Ensure an active WiFi or mobile data connection.

- Restart your device and reopen the app.

- Check your device's in-app purchase settings in the Play Store under "Payment Methods."

- Ensure your device's date, time, and time zone settings are correct, preferably set to automatic.

- Confirm your payment method is valid and up-to-date.

- Make purchases with the Google Play ID used to download the app.

- Update all Google apps and accept the latest Terms and Conditions.

Details on multi-user environment fix

If a simple restart doesn't do the trick, the culprit might be a sneaky multi-user setup, where the app resides under a different user than the one who made the purchase.

Here's a quirky fix: backup your data, bid farewell (temporarily!) to the app by uninstalling it, and then give it a warm welcome back by reinstalling it under the user account that holds the premium subscription keys.

This maneuver should bring your premium features into the spotlight.

Details on app cache and proposal to refund

For snags with premium perks, make sure you're surfing on stable internet waves and double-check your premium status in the app.

If hiccups continue, give the app a quick restart, sweep through its cache, or consider a fresh install.

Eyeing a refund? March your order details over to atplayer.com/contact, and we'll get the ball rolling.

This approach is all about smoothing out any tech wrinkles and ensuring you're all smiles with your app experience.

No-ad option won't stop YouTube videos ads

The no-ad option in our app sweeps away ads like fullscreen pop-ups and video list ads, but when it comes to YouTube ads nestled within videos, those are out of our hands due to YouTube's policies.

So, while our app aims to keep your experience as ad-light as possible, those specific YouTube video ads are something we can't touch.

We have reduced ads

We've dialed down the ads in the app, aiming for a smoother tune to your experience. Less clutter, more music!

And if you're looking for pure, uninterrupted vibes, there's a small fee to turn off ads completely.

Make sure you're rocking the latest version of the app to enjoy these sleeker, quieter spaces between your favorite tracks.

How to close ads?

Closing ads is a breeze. When an ad shows up, just give it a few seconds, and a little "X" will appear in the top right corner. Tap it to move on. Just a heads-up—the back button won’t work here, so it’s all about waiting for that close button. Once you hit it, you’re free to enjoy the app without any interruptions or costs!

Why does the free app have a subscription option? What are the differences between the free and pro versions?

Our app dances to two rhythms: the lively free version, bursting with content yet sprinkled with ads, and the serene pro version, where ads step back, letting you enjoy uninterrupted melodies.

Both versions offer the same rich library and features; it's just about how you prefer your music served.

Fancy an ad-free experience? The pro version awaits. Happy to groove along with a few ads? The free version is yours to enjoy endlessly, no strings attached.

Personalize ads

Tuning into your ad preferences within the app is like setting the stage for the ads you see.

Open the menu settings to tweak ad parameters, making them more your style.

Keep in mind, though, that each ad provider has their own set of rules, so some ads might not be up for customization.

It's our way of letting you have a say in your ad experience, within the bounds of possibility.

Why I payed and I can't download?

Unlocking the ad-free experience with your subscription means uninterrupted listening, but when it comes to downloading, that's a different tune.

Due to the intricacies of music rights and YouTube's guidelines, not every song can be downloaded.

Fear not, though; you've got a backstage pass to over 30 million downloadable tracks, all above board and in harmony with legal standards.

This vast library is your playground, filled with fresh tracks and playlists, all ready for legal and compliant downloading.

Why am I unable to purchase the app?

If you're facing challenges trying to purchase within our app, like encountering a "purchase not available" message when selecting 'Go ad-free,' consider these initial steps to tackle the issue:

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend clearing the cache and data for the Play Store app and your device’s download manager. This will clear any settings and temporary information saved to your device. You can still access purchases you’ve made from Google Play, like apps, music, movies, and books:

If the issue persists, consider the following:

How to uninstall app

Removing the app is a breeze, just like uninstalling any other Android app. Simply long-press the icon and choose the "Uninstall" option. Easy peasy!

Uninstall

You can uninstall the app as any other Android app. Just long-tap the icon and select uninstall.

Why I cannot uninstall the app?

When there are multiple user accounts present on the device, and if one user installs the app, it gets installed for all users. Though sometimes you cannot uninstall or re-install it from your user, it's still present in another user.

To solve this problem, there are two ways. You can try any one feasible to you:

1. Log in to that user environment and uninstall the app.

2. Uninstall for all users(you need to be an admin user). Go to Settings > Apps, find and open the app info. Then, open the overflow menu (3 vertical dots), and choose to Uninstall for all users.

Power saving

Why the app drains my battery quickly?

To keep your battery happy while using the app, try these tips:

These steps help you enjoy your music longer without draining your battery.

My phone gets hot while using the app

YouTube rules require video display, which consumes resources and battery. Use energy-saving pocket mode with lower brightness to help. Close other apps and ensure no app-optimizers are active. For better results, play content like radio or downloadable music without video.

Why it still consumes battery even in the energy saving mode?

Due to YouTube regulations, video cannot be separated from audio. And even in the energy-saving mode, we were forced to display video. It consumes some CPU power. Have you tried to put YT for continuous playback for 3-4 hours? We suspect it will be the same results. That said, we'll investigate and profile related areas and get back if there will be some fixes. Please also try to set the minimum size for the popup player; it's also used for the energy-saving mode and can improve the situation slightly.
